Responsibilities
Business Leadership: You’ll take ownership of day-to-day operations and contribute to the growth of the business. Key business leadership responsibilities include:

– Conducting sales calls with prospective clients and closing agreements with qualified candidates to join the private practice.
– Performing administrative functions, including invoicing, scheduling, client/vendor communications, technology setup, etc.
– Managing and developing content for social media/blog and contributing to PR efforts.
– Staying current on job market trends, career development strategies, and leadership best practices to apply both tested and emerging methodologies with clients.
– Mentoring part-time coaches and matching them with clients (when applicable).

Client Coaching: You’ll deliver exceptional coaching experiences for our Candidate Preparation Job Seeker clients ready to prepare a competitive candidacy and for our Executive Leadership Coaching clients looking to secure promotions, strengthen their influence, uplevel their leadership, and workshop their career strategy. Key client coaching responsibilities include:

– Meeting with clients for one-on-one sessions and providing ongoing communication, support, and materials between sessions.
– Driving goal setting and accountability while offering candid, actionable feedback and a powerful listening partnership.
– Identifying client blind spots and providing personalized development strategies.
– Writing and editing client materials, including resumes, cover letters, and Linkedin profiles.
– Facilitating mock interviews and providing written feedback to strengthen client storytelling, interview confidence, and preparation.
– Developing strategies and guiding clients related to job targeting, networking, negotiation, the comprehensive job search process, and overall career advancement.
– Coaching on workplace scenarios, including role-playing, scripting, and leadership conversations.
– Strengthening clients’ executive presence, stakeholder management, and influencing strategies.
– Guiding clients through transition and opportunities.

The Ideal Client Brings
– 12+ years of professional experience in corporate environments, with preference given to Big Tech experience.
– 8+ years of leadership experience, including managing high-performing teams and at least 3 years as a manager of people managers. Includes experience in interviewing, hiring, and performance management.
– An ownership mindset and abitily to work independently with minimal oversight.
– Exceptional ability to build rapport and establish trust with a diverse customer base.
– Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
– Strong project management skills with the ability to provide structure & balance priorities for self and for others.
– A self-motivated commitment to continuous professional development
